UBS is one of the leading companies worldwide to offer financial resources, expertise and infrastructure to help businesses grow. In order to facilitate a more convenient access for site users, our mission was to digitise the company’s event and forum operations.

Our team built an iPad app for UBS to manage guests’ attendance data in corporate events and to release event materials through the event app. Participants are allowed to interact with speakers by giving feedback and raising questions through mobile devices, making the events more engaging and rewarding. The event management system works as a smart robot in assisting event hospitality and on-site communications.
